With nearly 1,500 competitors stepping onto the mats in Limerick, this year’s Irish National Championships / Irish Cup proved to be one of the most competitive events on the ITF calendar — and our team delivered from start to finish.
Across patterns, sparring and special technique, our athletes showed technical excellence, determination and the kind of competitive mindset we train for every week inside our Worcester dojang.

Sally Gleaves – Female 18+ Black Belt Pattern (4th–6th Dan)
Seb Hodgetts – Male 14–17 Blue Belt Pattern
Flynn Lane-Griffin – Male 12–13 Sparring (146–155cm, Yellow/Green)
🥈 Silver Medal Placings
Adam Monks – Male 18+ Black Belt Pattern (4th–6th Dan)
Flynn Lane-Griffin – Male 12–13 Pattern (Green Belt Split B)
🏅 Strong Finalist Finishes
Seb Hodgetts – 5th in Sparring (64–70kg Blue/Red)
