Why Start Martial Arts?

There are several benefits to starting a martial arts class, many of our learners start training with us for a variety of different reasons, it’s not all about learning personal protection or gaining a black belt! We have a high percentage of learners training with us who are experiencing low mood, anxiety and depression, who have found that the classes alleviate some of their symptoms and that they feel part of a positive and supportive community.


Other learners come to us for help with their weight loss/fitness journey and have had fantastic results, or they have moved to Worcester from different parts of the UK or even from another country and would like to make new friends, connect with others and be part of our amazing community.
