Service Description
Monday's | 8:15-9pm Suitable for all levels. Stretch & Strengthen will help you improve your flexibility and kicking strength, no matter what skill level you are. Focusing on overall flexibility but specifically stretching for kicking flexibility. We will help you work towards your splits, hip mobility and general wellbeing. The course will also cover specific exercises to help strengthen your kicks and posture. The class will take you through individual and partner stretching to help you take your flexibility to new levels and improve your martial arts techniques. Additional benefits include, improved posture, less risk of injury, greater range of motion and eased muscle tension. No prior experience needed, but this class will be ideal for supporting your martial arts journey.
