Hi, I'm Sally Gleaves!

With over 15 years of experience coaching martial arts and fitness around the world, I'm here to help you move, stretch, strengthen, tone and become your best self! With my background as a martial artist and fitness coach, my workout programmes will get you fit and healthy quickly!

 

It doesn’t matter whether you’re an absolute beginner or a fitness lover, my sessions can help you exceed your lifestyle goals and feel the confidence and health that you deserve.

Qualifications:

  • PGCE (FE) Teaching - Subject specialism Martial Arts

  • Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training including Nutrition

  • Level 2 Coaching Inclusive Martial Arts

  • Level 2 Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults

  • Level 2 Exercise and Mental Health

  • PREVENT

  • First Aid Trained

  • Mental Health First Aid Trained

  • Enhanced DBS checked
