Service Description

Personal training sessions with Sally will get you fit quickly, with boxing and kickboxing elements incorporated into a HIIT style session to help you improve your fitness, tone and strength! An individual training plan will be designed around your lifestyle so that you can keep hitting your goals between sessions. Please note, sometimes I may decline or need to reschedule sessions (especially on Sundays) you will receive a refund if the new time does not suit you.

Cancellation Policy
