Introducing our new pilot programme for adults aged 60 and above—designed with your health, ability, and confidence in mind.

This is not your average martial arts class. Our Over 60s Taekwon-Do Programme focuses on:

  • Mobility, balance & coordination

  • Core strength & joint-friendly flexibility

  • Cognitive sharpness through structured routines

  • Confidence, self-defence & posture

Led by expert instructor Sally Gleaves, this class is inspired by the ITF Senior Taekwon-Do Programme developed in Norway, and tailored to the needs of older adults. Whether you're completely new to martial arts or returning after years away, we’ll meet you at your level.
