Taekwon-Do for Over 60s

Stronger for Longer

Taekwon-Do for Over 60s in Worcester

You’re never too old to start something new—and this class proves it.

Our brand-new Over 60s Taekwon-Do programme is a gentle but powerful way to improve your balance, flexibility, and confidence in a friendly, supportive setting. It’s designed specifically for adults aged 60 and above, with no experience needed.

Whether you want to feel steadier on your feet, stay active for longer, sharpen your mind, or simply try something different, this class can help.

Taekwon-Do isn’t just about kicking and punching—it’s about improving your posture, building strength at your own pace, and reducing the risk of falls. You’ll move better, feel more in control of your body, and join a welcoming community that lifts each other up.

Led by experienced instructor Sally Gleaves, you’ll be guided every step of the way in a small group environment that puts your safety and comfort first.
