Ladies Only Kickboxing

What is Kickboxing?

Our Kickboxing classes are a great way for ladies to get fit and learn kickboxing skills in a non-judgemental environment. The contact in this class is very light, the sessions are based mostly around pad work and punch bag work!

Kickboxing is a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai and Western boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defence, general fitness, or as a contact sport. Kickboxing has roots in very traditional Japanese Martial Arts as well as Western Boxing.

Sally Gleaves

Sally is a fully qualified and registered instructor with the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association. On top of 24 years of martial arts experience she has qualified in:

  • Actively competing member of the ITF England National Team 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

  • World and National Champion
  • First aid and safeguarding trained
  • Fully DBS checked
  • Mental health first aid trained
