Want to improve your confidence and ability in sparring for Taekwon-Do and kickboxing?
Learn some new skills and drills from ITF England National Team coach Michal Dziubicki and ITF European Champion Szymon Doniesiewicz!
Important Stuff:
Minimum age is 10 unless approached by WMA with an invite to the seminar
Full sparring gear is required i.e. headguard, mouthguard, gloves, shin pads, groin guard (men) and shoes
Clothing: Dobok bottoms/Kickboxing bottoms and a Worcestershire Martial Arts or club T-Shirt
