Self Defence & Weapon Defence Seminars with Mr Turner

Part 1: Self Defence Seminar (Age 8+)

Covering basics of posture and situational ques and the legal standpoint of self defence.

We will be covering angles of attacks and foot work leading onto limb destruction and body control. We will also cover some defence flow drills including hubud and panantukan

Part 2: Weapons Defence Seminar (Age 13+)

We will go over the 12 point angle of attack and defence including the flow drills from hubud. We will be using training sticks and knives for this event so we will cover handling of these also. Covering the legality of use of weapons for defence. 

Weapons (training knife & stick) will be included for you to keep.
