About The Event
Development training- 10am till 12 noon
Under the guidance of Master and the development coaches, all ITF England members blue belt and above aged 12yrs and over are welcome to come along and train. The training will focus on patterns and sparring drills, preparing students for competitions.
Elite training 10am till 12 noon
Junior and senior black belt students of ITF England are invited to come along and train with the national team coaches. The session will focus on Patterns and sparring drills as we prepare for the return of black belt competitions.
