Colour Belt Patterns Technical Seminar | Online

Workshops open to all Taekwon-Do belt grades, whether you are intending to grade or not. The workshops will cover technical elements of patterns, ITF affiliation changes and sine wave for grading/competition.

If we get to a point where you do not know the pattern then you will be able to leave the meeting at that point. 

Workshop 1 - Beginners | 10am to 12.15pm - Saju Jirugi to Won-Hyo

Workshop 2 - Intermediate | 12.45pm to 2.15pm - Yul-Gok to Toi-Gye

Workshop 3 - Advanced | 2:30 pm to 3:45pm - Saju Tulgi-Choong-Moo
