This flexibility calendar will help you increase your flexibility and mobility, make sure you have done a thorough warm up before doing any of the stretches as they will be mostly static and sustained. The best time to do this is after a HIIT workout, one of our martial arts classes or after a jog! However a short mobility warm up will be provided too. The calendar starts off with short timed stretches and as the days progress the stretches will be held longer! Follow along videos will be included in the day by day steps!
