Kickboxing Belt Grading: Intermediate Grades (Green to Purple Belts)
As you progress through your kickboxing journey, it's important to be aware of the requirements for each belt grade. Below are the key details for the intermediate grades, specifically from green to purple belts.
Grading Schedule
Each belt grade requires a minimum of 6 months of training before you are eligible to test for the next belt.
Preparation
Ensure you have the appropriate gear for your grading. This includes gloves, shin guards, and any other required equipment.
