Joong-Gun Live Session 1

A short live workshop covering the 1st half of Joong-GUn, all welcome however newly promoted blue belts will be given priority places. 

Everyone will enter the session muted, if you have a question during the session you can either put your hand up or use the hand up feature on zoom to grab our attention.

The session will cover the basics of the 1st half of Joong-Gun which you can follow along to and ask questions if you are unsure. A follow up session will be planned to cover the 2nd half and the whole pattern.
