Workshop 1 - Beginners | 11.15am to 12.00pm - White Belts, Yellow Stripes & Yellow Belts
Workshop 2 - Intermediate | 12.00pm to 12.45pm - Green Stripes, Green Belts & Blue Stripes
Workshop 3 - Advance | 12.45pm to 1.30pm - Blue Belts, Red Stripes & Red Belts
n.b Black Stripes and Black Belt workshops are held in Cambridge every 6 months along with pre-grading.
