Service Description

Get fit with friends, have fun together while toning up during a HIIT style session incorporating boxing and kickboxing techniques! Minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8. Please note, sometimes I may decline or need to reschedule sessions (especially on Sundays) you will receive a refund if the new time does not suit you.
